After a long wait we finally bring you guys the z31 dual pass radiators. These utilize a Bell intercoolers/radiators aluminum core(one of the best on the market), 2.75" think, roughly 1/2" thicker than the champion and ebay z31 radiators. They also allow for up to a 4" tube to be ran on either side of the radiator for intercooler plumbing and even cold air intake setups. This is a true bolt in design, utilizing the factory radiator lower rubber isolators and factory mount locations. As for hoses the factory front hose and the lower hose work with some trimming, so no need to source new hoses. We do suggest however replacing your hoses if you are still running the originals. Our radiators also work will all your factory a/c componentw. Our radiators also use a 1/4" petcock drain in the lower drivers side corner.
Dual Pass radiators: instead of flowing across the core once, the radiator is split allowing coolant to run across the radiator once and then back across in the other direction, allowing for more efficient cooling.
Also these will work with all z31s, automatic cars will just have to go to a external transmission cooler instead of the factory internal style.
We will also be offering fan shrouds for our radiators in the near future that will work with off rhe shelf 16" fans.
